Sutton Hotel Hakata City

The hotel is close to the main station and is only 5 minutes by walk. My mother fell down when we arrived at the airport and her knee got bruised. I asked the hotel receptionist for a hand if the hotel had a wheelchair. Unfortunately, the hotel had no service but the male receptionist was very helpful. He was trying to assist my mother to the room by using the hotel trolley. My mother and I appreciate it so much. Thank you a million times! Hope to stay at this hotel again next time.

Very convenient location close to Hakata Station. Spacious room with large bathroom, unusual for this price range in Japan.

The hotel is a little old but remodeled like new, and the bathroom is larger than most hotels in Japan. Also, the room is large enough to open 2 big luggages.

The hotel is nearby Hakata station 10 minutes walk, recommend to take bus or taxi if you’re coming with a huge luggage
